During my recent stay at the Park Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its charming location right in the heart of the Historic Center. With delightful access to bustling bars and restaurants, it was a haven for any food enthusiast. The hotel felt like a gallery itself, adorned with historical artifacts that added character. The highlight, however, was the dining experience at the on-site restaurant. Enjoying regional cuisine, I was drawn in by the traditional ambiance, reminiscent of culinary adventures from my travels in the Mediterranean. Each dish was crafted with care, showcasing local flavors that seamlessly complemented the classics. After exploring nearby eateries like Parrillada Arabe and Via Roma, I returned to unwind by the pool, which also featured a small jacuzzi. While breakfast was quite simple, I appreciated the friendly staff and their willingness to guide me to the city's best culinary treasures. Park Hotel offered an evocative blend of comfort and culinary innovation, perfect for fellow travel and food enthusiasts looking for a taste of local culture.
